1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and UK Removals Ltd (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any booking of our removal services.
2. Our Services & Quoting
When you book a removal service with us, you agree to provide an accurate inventory of items and addresses. Our quotes are based strictly on the information provided during the booking process. Any undisclosed items or severe access restrictions may result in additional charges.
3. Payment & Cancellations
- All payments must be completed prior to the unloading of goods at the destination property, unless prior arrangements were verified.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit.
4. Liability & Insurance
We take the utmost care with your belongings. Our standard Goods in Transit insurance covers your goods up to £50,000 per van load in the event of major incidents like fire or collision. For individual item scratch/dent liability, it assumes pre-existing conditions unless professional packing was opted for and conducted exclusively by our team.
